There are 3 documents that cannot be faxed or submitted via the NOVA Financial Aid Online Support Portal and must be submitted in person.

*COVID-19 Update: The following 3 documents may be submitted via a secure 24-Hour Support Center case. For instructions on submitting a case, see below.

  1. Citizenship Documents - Must be reviewed by an FA representative.
  2. Selective Service verification
  3. Identity Statement and Purpose document

All other documents requested on the To Do List can be faxed or submitted via the NOVA Financial Aid Online Support Portal.

Documents can be submitted via Web Case by following the steps below:

Step 1.  Access and sign into your Self Help Portal at mysupport.nvcc.edu

Step 2.  Once you've signed in, click "Create Case" on the top right.

Step 3.  You will then see the pop-up window below:

Step 4.  Add necessary documents (Maximum of 5 per ticket) and submit for processing.
