Students who drop each class by the "last day to drop with a tuition refund" date for that class will receive a refund of tuition and fees. Students are responsible for their registered credits and will owe for those credits if they do not complete the drop by the class "last day to drop with a tuition refund" date each semester.

"Last day to drop with a tuition refund" dates can be found at: https://www.nvcc.edu/calendars/academic/index.html

  • Select the semester you wish to view.
  • Navigate to the session (15-week, etc.) in which you are enrolled.
  • Review the "Last day to drop with a tuition refund or change to audit" date for that session.

Students should not expect classes to drop automatically for non-payment. If financial aid was awarded and you did not check your awards, your classes will be held and you will owe for them.
