Financial aid refunds will be processed after your courses' last day to drop with a tuition refund for the term, and after financial aid has been posted to your account. For non-financial aid refunds for the current term, excluding credit card refunds and payment plan refunds, the refund process will begin on the first Wednesday following the sixteen week last day to drop with a tuition refund. For non-financial aid refunds for prior terms, excluding credit card refunds and payment plan refunds, the refunds are processed every Wednesday. Credit card refunds are processed every Monday. Payment plan refunds are processed after the final payment plan payment is received from Nelnet Campus Commons/TMS and posted to the student’s account.
